Reporting a wrong figure
If a calculator gives you a number that does not match what you expected, include the following in your email:
- the page URL where you saw the figure
- the inputs you entered (credits, grades, CGPA or percentage)
- the figure you expected, and where that figure comes from
This makes it possible to check the calculation against the ordinance text without going back and forth.
What this address cannot help with
This site cannot look up your individual result or explain a discrepancy on your marksheet. Those queries need to go to your college or to AKTU directly, since only they can access your result record.
Reply time
Most emails get a reply within a few days.
